Paying The Fee
Starting location: Mount Tirnus, Calmere Island
To complete this quest it is not necessary to fight any creatures.
You need to complete the Open Sesame and Paying The Fee quests to access Tirnus Caves. Open Sesame must be completed first.

Walkthrough
Go to Mount Tirnus on Calmere Island. Click the link the city menu.
You approach the entrance to Tirnus Cave. The wind is blistering and cold, but guards are still stationed here. One guard approaches you as you get closer. He asks your name and business at the caves.
Rima Soldier: Ah, [Player Name], please excuse me; I had no idea it was you.
We received word that you will be permitted to enter the cave system if you pay Rima the 100,000 gold fee.
If you are interested, we would be delighted to take the fee on Rima's behalf.
Click 'I will pay the fee'.
Rima Soldierantastic! Come back here when you get the money.
Rima Soldier: Have you brought the money?
Click 'Pay 100,000 gold'.
Rima Soldier: Thank you, friend of Rima! I will make sure that the city gets this immediately.
Rima Soldier: Apologies, but we will also be taking that strange scroll from you.
Click 'I understand'. This will permanently remove the Scroll of the Palace from your inventory.
Rima Soldier: Thank you for your cooperation.
