Move to Arch Cave 6.1 to start the quest.

Halvard: Hey! You look like someone who can handle themselves in a fight. Were trying to mine in these caves, but the Novariet Scaled Gamans wont stop attacking us. Theyve cost us too many lives already. If you can take out 20 of them, we can get back to work. Any help would be appreciated! Halvard wipes the sweat from his brow and looks at you with hope.

Halvard: Its a tough job, and I dont have much to offer except some extra supplies we brought.

To kill 20 Novariet Scaled Gamans you need to explore Arch Cave 6 (They're an autoattack creature).
After killing the 20, return to Halvard at Arch Cave 6.1

Halvard: My miners have told me that the gamans have eased up on their assault. Amazing! Now we can get back to mining without worrying about those beasts. Here, take this. I was going to bring these ores back up with me. But, with you helping me as much as you did, theyre yours. He hands you a bundle of supplies as thanks. Should I check it?
