As you approach the dense forest, you notice that it spans from cliffside to cliffside as far as you can see. The only way past is through.

You hear the myriad caterwauling of the forest's natural inhabitants, as well as the distant thuds of lumberjacks hard at work. Perhaps if you push through, you'll be able to reach the city.

A man once resided in Kingswood Forest, regarded by all as the kindest of souls. He spent his days guiding lost travellers through the shadowed woods, and learning their stories along the way. He became revered as the forest's guardian. On some ill-fated day, untimely he passed from this world, and he was laid to rest amidst the trees by those who found him. This forest will forever bear his namesake, thus immortalising him through the memory of mankind.

Upon her retirement, this previously unused piece of land was entrusted to Lady Sheppard, who had once been the hand of the king. Before her passing, Lady Sheppard outfitted the land surrounding her hut as a home for aspiring cooks. Her fondness for gardening resulted in the cultivation of the largest sunflower field on Calmere. Lady Sheppard's hut still remains to this day--untouched, as a memorial to her and her contributions to Calmere.

Once an empty and unused land, the fertile fields of Morrie were cultivated for Calmere farmers to have somewhere to grow their crops. This area exists within the perfect climate for humulus lupulus to grow and thrive, and it is the only land in Syrnia in which it can grow.

Once renowned for its variety of fish, the lake that once held crystal-clear water is now murky and dark.

An old man lives near the lake as its self-appointed guardian. Perhaps he could use some assistance in bringing the lake back to its former glory.

The divine sunset kisses the waves as the salty air fills your lungs.

Dispersed amidst the docks lay quietly great ships from across the lands, but the real adventure lies with the aquatic species here that have grown to endure the turbulent waves.

Now that you are inside the walls you can see the busy city with everything from a chapel on the east side to the castle keep which has a large rose crest above the main entrance.

Named after the city that uses this mine for it's rich iron and coal veins.The city guards watch carefully to protect the miners here so they can work in peace.
